• Business listings. When a specialist business submits details to be considered for inclusion or update in our editorial directories, we collect the business information you provide and the contact details of the person submitting it.
• Editorial correspondence. Any information you send us by email, including images, documents or vehicle details shared as part of a buyer’s guide, road test or market submission.
• Technical data. Standard server logs, IP address, browser type, referring page and pages visited, used to operate, secure and improve the site. IP addresses are also used temporarily to enforce rate limits and protect public forms from abuse.
• Admin authentication. If you are granted access to the private admin area, Lovable Cloud auth handles sign-in and stores the account credentials and role information needed for access control.

• Analytics. Google Analytics, when you have accepted cookies, for aggregated visitor statistics.
• Advertising and social measurement. Meta Platforms (the Meta Pixel), when you have accepted cookies, for audience measurement relating to our social channels.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.

Car Collector International is a global publication and our service providers may be located in different countries. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the service provider’s certified compliance frameworks or standard contractual clauses, and treated in line with this policy.

We keep contact enquiries and business submissions only for as long as is necessary to respond to them, to maintain editorial records, and to comply with our legal obligations. We keep newsletter subscriber records until you unsubscribe, after which your email is removed from our active mailing list.
