Singer Vehicle Design, founded in California by Rob Dickinson, reimagines the air-cooled Porsche 911 to a standard that redefined what restoration could mean — each client's 964-based car rebuilt over thousands of hours with obsessive materials engineering, culminating in the DLS programme developed with Williams, whose 4-litre naturally aspirated flat-six revs to 9,000 rpm. Singer restorations command seven figures and multi-year waits, and their influence created the entire modern restomod movement. In the collector market they occupy a unique position: modified cars that trade like blue-chip originals.
