Pagani

8 guides · 1999–2023

Horacio Pagani left Lamborghini's composites department believing carbon fibre was an art form, and founded his atelier in Modena to prove it: the Zonda of 1999, with its AMG V12 and jewellery-grade detailing, became one of the most beloved hypercars ever made — so beloved that Pagani kept building one-off Zondas for a decade after its official retirement. The Huayra and today's Utopia continue the philosophy: no hybridisation, obsessive craftsmanship, production in the dozens per year. Zondas have appreciated into eight figures for the rarest variants, and every Pagani is effectively pre-sold to a collector base that treats the factory as a couture house.
