Zweimüller Cars

Restoration house

A family business at Ennsdorf on the Danube, dedicated to classic, vintage and competition cars for more than fifty years across restoration, sales, racing, storage and prototypes. The credential is unusually strong: in 2007 Wolfgang Porsche chose Zweimüller to restore a 1932 Austro Daimler Bergmeister sports cabriolet from his private collection before donating it to the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart — a member of the Porsche family selecting an independent Austrian workshop for a car destined for the factory museum. Other documented work spans a 1954 Aston Martin DB2/4 Drophead, a 1954 Lancia D24 and an Alfa Romeo 33/2 Stradale, all underpinned by Egon Zweimüller's substantial private archive of books, photographs, production notes and technical drawings. The stated aim: to return a car to factory delivery status, exactly as it left the works.
