Why this car matters

The 375 family is Ferrari's Lampredi V12 flagship line of the mid-1950s: the 375 America road GT, the 375 MM sports racer and the 375 Plus works racer.

Successor to the Ferrari 342 America and immediate predecessor of the 410 Superamerica. Ferrari 340 (America, Mexico & MM) family cars sit alongside the 375 in the same Lampredi lineage — 4 of the 26 375 MMs were converted from 340 MMs.
